Welcome!

To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay in your selected apartment, we recommend reviewing the house rules for rental properties in Yekaterinburg.

Simple and clear rules are in place to create a comfortable living environment for all our guests.

Rental Booking Procedure

To gain access to the apartment, you will need to provide the original passport.

Before receiving access, you must:

  • Complete your profile in the Roomsharing system
  • Sign the rental agreement on the OkiDoki platform
  • Pay the rent and the security deposit
  • Review the apartment usage terms:

The number of tenants must match the number stated in the contract.
If additional tenants are to be accommodated, prior approval is required.
Violation of this condition may result in the unilateral termination of the contract.

House Rules

1. Check-in time for the apartments is from 14:00.
Check-out time is until 12:00.

2. Extensions, late check-out, and early check-in are possible if there are available apartments, for an additional fee. Reservation dates can only be changed if there are available apartments and with administrator approval.

3. Reservation. In case of cancellation, the refund will depend on the time of cancellation. If you cancel less than 24 hours before check-in, the amount equivalent to one night’s stay will be retained.

4. Early check-out. If a guest informs us of early check-out less than 24 hours before departure, the guest will be charged for the actual stay plus one additional night, with the remaining amount refunded.

5. Extension of stay. If you wish to extend your stay after the paid period, you must inform the Administrator. If possible, the Administrator will accommodate the request for an extended stay, but may offer a different apartment, or terminate the rental agreement if no apartments are available.

6. A security deposit (guarantee payment) of 2000 rubles is required BEFORE check-in. This deposit ensures the safety of the property during the rental period. It is collected upon check-in and refunded after check-out and apartment inspection. The refund will be processed within 3 working days, to the account used for payment. Please provide the completed deposit refund form to the Administrator on the day of check-out.

7. Daily cleaning is not included in the rental cost. If you require additional cleaning, bedding, or towels, please contact the Administrator. Additional cleaning, bedding replacement, or towel service is available for an extra fee.

8. The rental price includes:

  • Use of toiletries (soap, shampoo, gel, slippers, shower cap), clean bedding, kitchenware, and household appliances.
  • Access to TV channels and Wi-Fi Internet.
  • You only pay for the accommodation. There are no additional fees or commissions.

9. The following actions are PROHIBITED in our apartments:

  • No noise from 22:00 to 08:00. The apartments are located in a residential building. In case of a police call, the security deposit will not be refunded.
  • Parties are prohibited! Apartments are not rented for parties, photo shoots, birthdays, or other noisy events. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused. Serious damage and theft of property will be charged according to the property damage price list.
  • Smoking is prohibited! A fine of 5000 rubles is imposed for violating this rule.
  • Using aromatic candles and other fire sources, as well as explosive materials, is prohibited.
  • Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
  • Repairs in the rented apartment are prohibited (any issues should be reported to the Administrator).
  • Wearing outdoor shoes in the apartment, especially on carpets, is prohibited.
  • Using household items for purposes other than intended is prohibited.
  • Drawing on walls, furniture, and floors, leaving scratches, drilling holes in the walls, or hanging pictures is prohibited. A fine covering the cost of the damage will be applied for property damage.
  • Providing false information about the purpose of your visit or the number of occupants is prohibited.

10. We kindly ask you to:

  • Treat the apartment’s property carefully, including furniture, bedding, curtains, towels, dishes, household appliances, etc.
  • Turn off the lights, water, and appliances when you’re not in the apartment.
  • When leaving the apartment, please do NOT leave dirty dishes or trash behind. You can ask the Administrator for the location of trash bins.
  • DO NOT leave personal belongings behind when checking out. If any items are forgotten, the Administrator will take steps to return them to the owner, storing them for no more than 3 days before disposing of them. The Administration is not responsible for valuable items left in the apartment.
  • Please inform us in advance if you need an additional blanket, as the double bed is made with one large blanket.

In case of violation of the check-in and living rules (e.g., incorrect number of people, noise, fights, neighbor complaints, etc.), the Administration has the right to refuse check-in and unilaterally terminate the rental agreement. EVICTION WILL BE IMMEDIATE, regardless of the time of day, and no refunds will be provided!
